Brian restored my faith in mechanics and the auto industry. As a woman, it can be daunting to have to deal with a male dominated industry. I came to Brian for a second opinion and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Brian was kind enough to show me my car while it was hoisted up in the garage and physically pointed out and explained away the false diagnosis I received at a different service center. He had the proof to back up the false diagnosis. I plan to work with Accurate Automotive going forward.

I felt the price point and time spent is a cut above the rest. Made no appointment and was fortunate there was one in front of me. They do not have a large parking area. I would choose them again as they charge less than $100. I’m from California and believe this was a good find.

Excellent customer service and very prompt all around. I was contacted same day for my inquiry and they took me in for the appointment then fixed my tire within a half hour. The website made scheduling really fast and efficient. I got a call from Jill who confirmed set appointment. I brought it in, they took a look at it the assessed. They told me what the damage was and I got to fixed. Quality of work is fantastic. Very happy with the end result. Got my vehicle back same day. Few hours later. Had brake pads, rotors and calipers replaced.
